Welcome to the Iron Horse Condominium Association

Iron Horse Resort condominiums are owned individually and managed by the Iron Horse Condominium Association and Allegiant Management, LLC. We are a moderate to premium property consisting of 127 condominiums. The Association is represented by a Board of Managers consisting of nine elected positions. Allegiant Management, LLC is a large Property Management Company with Condominium and Owner Associations throughout Winter Park, Fraser, Granby and Grand County. 

The property is tucked at the base of Winter Park Resort and offers ski-in/ski-out access in the winter season. During the summer, we are close to the many activities hosted by Winter Park Resort. Your family is sure to enjoy the location year round!

We also provide nightly rentals year round with peak reservations in summer and winter. Typically, we are able to provide a more consistent nightly rental pattern than some properties in town due to our Conference Service facilities. Having group space enables us to provide business in group reservations, often during slower periods.

We encourage your participation in the rental program. Together, the Association and the Rental Management strive to provide the best return on your investment.
