Golf Grand County
Experience mountain golf at its best! Grand County is home to four unforgettable mountain golf courses, all within close range of the Iron Horse Resort. Try these magnificent mountain courses: Grand Elk Golf Club, Grand Lake Golf Course, Pole Creek Golf Club, and Headwaters Golf Course. Mountain Biking Capital USA
Over 600 miles of marked trails make the Fraser Valley one of America's premier mountain biking destinations. From a leisurely spin on the Fraser River Trail to a thrilling lift-serviced downhill ride, mountain biking is your pass to hidden spots that abound around the Winter Park area. Bring you own bike or rent one at the Iron Horse. We have easy-to-follow maps and can assist you by providing rentals

Explore an abundance of streams, rivers and lakes that are home to some of Colorado's best fishing. Daily guided fly fishing trips are available all summer just minutes away from the Iron Horse Resort.

Winter Park Resort Activities
Winter Park Resort, just steps away from your room at the Iron Horse, is a great place to spend the day. Enjoy activities such as Colorado's longest alpine slide, lift-serviced mountain biking trails, miniature and disc golf, a climbing wall, and music festivals. 


Winter Park Music Festivals
Summer festivals include Hawgfest and Jazzfest. Throughout the summer there are concerts on the patio at the base of Winter Park.
